Two Magical Words

"It is a blessing to be able to visit HIM, but
more pleasure can be sought from being able to feel HIM and HIS presence in something."

Few days back, I visited a temple. Me and my friend were looking for racks to put our shoes safe. My friend held me by my hand and took me in opposite direction of my seeking eyes. There was a boy sitting on floor, near the shoe racks. My friend asked him if we had to pay something for keeping our shoes. The boy replied with a grounded tone: "Only if you wish sir, but the service is for free."

We came back from the meeting(with Almighty :)), took our shoes back and as were putting on our shoes, the boy kept looking at us. I gave him a coin of 5 rupees and said THANK YOU with a smile on my face.

His face was lighted with those two words of mine, I could see that on the boy's visage. On way back home, I felt that these two words show gratitude, no matter where ever used. But it makes us feel HIS presence when said with a smile on face. These words are magical and can make some one's day. :)

my remembrance

'A chance'

'I sit on a wall,
my back is rested against a tank,
wind is mild, with a low beat in its flow,
and my head is a bit high looking at clouds covering the sky,

you might be sitting on your desk,
back of your pen tasting your toungue,
immersed in your work,
or you are in kitchen?
Maybe out somewhere,

all i can do is guess,
as I dont know what you are doing,

but give me a chance,
a single stay,
to blow your senses,
as you listen to the song I would play,

let me stroke your hair and tug them behind your ears,
and music in the air strike you with intense wind,
as you may close your eyes
and may feel that I am there,

let me hold your hand,
and look in your deep eyes,

as when I kiss your cheeks,
and whisper my love in your ears,
you may fall in love,
and you can pull me near,

in my arms you would be safe,
as I can see the sky in arms of clouds, all safe,

and if you have heard all what i have said,
please come to me sweetheart,
before i am all broke,
and sky pour down some rain...'

An advice: ECHO-from-19thCentury

It was a moment when I was sitting on my desk and came across this brilliant quote by 19th century American Essayist Ralph Waldo Emerson.

It said:-

“The true test of civilization is not the census, nor the size of cities, nor the crops - no, but the kind of man the country turns out.”

After reading this, I was amazed by its striking relation with whatever our world, our own country is going through. Whether it is inflation, terrorism, debt-crises, job-crises, yellow revolution, environmental issues or anything, it is hovering over us. These testing times are going to test every country as a man and our world as a home for mankind. As we have let go of what we have done so far (not without lessons learnt) do decide future-face of the human-race.

Perhaps, Ralph Waldo Emerson knew that his quote will provide insight to people of every century and they can get over every sort of crises.

Long live our efforts to do right and be right!

Song of the week (2)

This is something which will mesmerize you. (I bet or you bet) I have been listening to it from past four weeks.
It is moreover John Mayer's voice and his guitar that will enchant you.

Enjoy it and do write me, if it made you smile and twinkle those beautiful eyes. I would wait for your comments.

Lyrics:-

She's a good girl loves her mama
Loves Jesus and America too
She's a good girl crazy 'bout Elvis
Loves horses and her boyfriend too yeah yeah

And it's a long day livin' in Reseda
There's a freeway runnin' through the yard
I'm a bad boy 'cause I don't even miss her
I'm a bad boy for breakin' her heart

And I'm free free fallin' fallin
And I'm free free fallin' fallin

All the vampires walkin' through the valley
They move west down Ventura Boulevard
And all the bad boys are standing in the shadows
And the good girls are home with broken hearts
Lyrics provided by http://www.kovideo.net/

And Im free free fallin' fallin
Now Im free free fallin' fallin

Free fallin' now I'm free fallin
Now I'm free fallin now I'm free fallin
Now I'm free fallin now I'm free fallin
Now I'm free fallin now I'm free fallin

I wanna glide down over Mulholland
I wanna write her her name in the sky
I'm wanna free fall out into nothin'
Oh Im gonna leave this this world for a while

Now Im free free fallin' fallin
Now Im free free fallin' fallin
Now Im free free fallin' fallin
Now Im free free fallin' fallin

Free fallin fallin
Free fallin fallin
Free fallin fallin

"When distances promise in silence of wind"

The fragrance

last night I had a dream of you,
you were lying beside me,
you were looking at me,
your gaze would cross all clambers,
to reach to my heart,

I closed my eyes,
and held your hand,
you kept lokking at me,
I knew you were finding 'the poem of of my heart',

I fell asleep,
and in morning,
I woke up alone,
as I realised it was a dream and no more than that,

but there was something,
which your dream had left,
a fragrance of your heart,
maybe, in the dream,
it found 'the poem of my heart'...

Song of the week (1)

Hey, I hope you are doing fine. I am glad to see that smile and those twinkling eyes(if not then, please...what is your loss in making self feel good.) If you still find it harder to put that nice face of your's up and feel good then, here I am with a new thing on this 'space''(blog) of mine. From now on, I would introduce you to some of the good songs with a downloading link, video link and lyrics(yeah, all of them altogether). It is for you and that sweet smile of yours (with those eyes which are not visible when you laugh.)

This week's song: 'Hey, soul sister' by Train

"Hey, Soul Sister"

Heeey heeeey heeeeey

Your lipstick stains on the front lobe of my left side brains
I knew I wouldn't forget you
And so I went and let you blow my mind
Your sweet moonbeam
The smell of you in every single dream I dream
I knew when we collided you're the one I have decided
Who's one of my kind

Hey soul sister, ain't that mister mister on the radio, stereo
The way you move ain't fair you know
Hey soul sister, I don't wanna miss a single thing you do tonight

Heeey heeeey heeeey

Just in time, I'm so glad you have a one track mind like me
You gave my life direction
A game show love connection, we can't deny
I'm so obsessed
My heart is bound to beat right out my untrimmed chest
I believe in you, like a virgin, you're Madonna
And I'm always gonna wanna blow your mind

Hey soul sister, ain't that mister mister on the radio, stereo
The way you move ain't fair you know
Hey soul sister, I don't wanna miss a single thing you do tonight

The way you can cut a rug
Watching you is the only drug I need
So gangster, I'm so thug
You're the only one I'm dreaming of
You see I can be myself now finally
In fact there's nothing I can't be
I want the world to see you'll be with me

Hey soul sister, ain't that mister mister on the radio, stereo
The way you move ain't fair you know
Hey soul sister, I don't wanna miss a single thing you do tonight
Hey soul sister, I don't wanna miss a single thing you do tonight
Heeey heeeey heeeeey (tonight)
Heeey heeeey heeeeey (tonight)

Soulful Song

I sat on bed soaked in rain water. My friend said that he would join me in a minute and went downstairs. His footsteps were so heavy against stairs that I could feel their beating alike my pounding heart.

My friend has a big house and windows at his place are bigger. My hair was wet and my clothes had hint of water on them. It felt good to be have rain water on my skin. It was still raining out.

I stood up and opened the window to smell wet mud. There are some things which are forever young as your beloved in your heart. Wet mud and rain share that heart-beloved bonding.

As soon as the fragrance of wet mud entered my nostrils, I closed my eyes and in the background I heard a song played by my friend. The song was an old one: "Tujhko pukare mera pyar...aja mai to mita hoon teri yaad mein..." My friend is a music freak and especially for music which has pain dipped in it. He says that this kind of music touches his soul.

I listened carefully to the lyrics of the song. My friend said that he had some more songs queued up and all of them were oldies with soulful lyrics. We sat down and he was singing along with the songs. I looked at him and gave him a smile for his efforts to be a good singer.

For some time, I closed my eyes again and sat down there near the window. When I opened my eyes, I looked out of window and in no time I found myself singing along..."Kitne janam ki pyas mita di maine yaad mein terrri...tujhko pukare mera pyaar..."

I guess the song touched my soul or it was there inside me, just my voice put life to it.
