A poem for October 16th...a poem close to me

'The poem of my heart'

Of all the poems I own,

you are the one which is engraved in my heart,

I try to read what it says,

but it is not in me to decipher its depths,

as days pass by,

I realize that the words of the poem,

keep on writing it’s feel in my heart,

at night it hums utter sweetness,

at dawn it sings a prayer of love,

from the core of my heart...

And sometimes when I close my eyes,

I find myself alone,

in a corner of this world,

feeling lost in annoyance of unjust,

but the poem in my heart,

appears in front of my closed eyes,

I choose to keep the tacit air flow around,

as your gaze of love,

makes place for itself in my soul,

I feel nothing but peace making place in my soul,

And I am no more alone,

my eyes wet down,

letting go of pain inside,

knees feel utter weakness,

with a sheer sense of courage inside...

You embrace me all,

with you love and sight,

and I adore the beauty of the words,

as I try to understand 'the poem' in my heart,

I feel love and its multitude,

as i try to embrace you and your love,

as the days pass by,

I become a better being,

As your love increases,

And inside some unleashed being write your love for me,

and this life read to me, 'the poem of my heart.'

As you are ‘the poem’,

and my sweetheart...
